Connector Intake

Walkthrough
This is the real non-stock intake layer. Local-only mode is enforced: import local JSON files into raw source buckets first, then Reconcile + Compile merges them into canonical internal listings and a released public dataset. Under the first 1000 verified listings, the grace hold stays bypassed for clean early testing.

Internal Access Control

Role gate
Enable a local passcode lock for internal pages. `settings.html` requires admin; other internal pages require at least operator.
Access policy status will appear here.

How the pipeline works

Locked flow
1. Raw source records land in source_a, source_b, or manual_uploads.
2. Reconcile merges duplicates, flags source inconsistencies, and builds canonical internal listings.
3. Compile generates the public release pack. The public site never reads raw intake directly.
4. Fully local operation: no server dependency is required for data browsing, internal review, or public release compilation.
